Another product that both Mikelle and I agree is the best of its kind is Shot Bloks. They are made my the Cliff Bar people. They taste great and break off in easy to eat portions. We both run distance and have found these to be the best electrolyte and energy food for long runs.
my favorite part about shot bloks is that some flavors have caffeine while others do not. so depending on your preference, you have a variety to choose from. i'd like to give a shout out to the black cherry, yum!
ReplyDeleteI received a couple of blok shots from Mikelle for my birthday. These babies work! As a semi-professional athlete, I concur with Matt & Mikelle and endorse these bad boys. When the game is on the line, one blok shot makes the difference between victory and defeat. These things are like gold. I only take one when there's a lot on the line. Keep up the good work Matkelle!!!
